Poles repainted in black linseed oil paint. Fit for use and briefly featuring in a forthcoming period drama film on the Life of Hannah More by Redcliffe Films Ltd.

Short description: A neat’s black leather lady’s sedan chair, with quarter-glass front window and smaller half-glass side windows, lined in off-white super fine woollen fabric together with a pair of black wooden poles (approx. 11ft 4 inches). Rear-hinged opening head (roof). Stamped brass metal work; leaf with double reed pattern to the borders (new fashion London 1755).

Price: £5,450. The only example known to exist. Collection to be arranged from Gloucester or delivery at extra cost.
